To have Checkin and Check out options from the screen To have Room Service Voucher built in in the system

  5. Hotel and Room Management :- In Restaurant info we have to Specify the Number of Tables and Stewards First Create List of Stewards Then Create Number of Tables and also specify which steward handles that table Pop up for List of Stewards will come

  6. Hotel and Room Management :- On Going to “Restaurant Vouchers” from Gateway of Tally we get this Screen Dark Colour Shows Table not Occupied Light Colour shows Table occupied

Hotel and Room Management :- On Taking the Mouse to the Table we want and on Left Click we get this screen If we want to input order we place the Mouse on KOT and left click If we want to make bill we place the mouse on Bill and left click After billing is over the Table will be shown as empty

  8. Hotel and Room Management :- On Going to Parcel Voucher from Restaurant voucher we get this Screen

  9. Hotel and Room Management :- On Going to Self Service Voucher from Restaurant voucher we get this Screen

  10. Hotel and Room Management :- In G –Rooms Menu We get following Screen On taking the mouse at room You want to book and pressing Left Click we get following screen Green Colour Denotes Rooms Available and Red Colour Denotes Rooms Occupied

  11. Hotel and Room Management :- On taking the Cursor to the Room Occupied we get to see following Details In Room which is occupied by taking the Mouse to that room and on left click we get This screen KOT is for Restaurant ordered In the room BOT is for BAR ordered In the room
