  1. Homeless World Cup 6-a-side Football Fundraiser— CUP DIVISION (Grade 9-12) Sign-up Sheet Tuesday, May 22, 2012 HS Field 3:00-6:00pm Team of 10 players from grade 9-12 Monday, MAY 7 DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

  2. Details • Sign-up sheet: Ms. Vogt in room 2040 • A maximum of 10 teams for the Cup division • Contribution =P200 per player (HWC player exempt) • ISM Community only • Submit team and contributions to Ms. Vogt in Room 2040 (Middle school area) • All money will go to support Team Philippines at this year’s Homeless World Cup • The PTA will be firing up the BBQ and selling drinks!

  3. Team Breakdown *At least two female players must be on each team, but it is not necessary for a female to be on the field for a team at all times, but it is encouraged to give female players play time as much as possible.
