THE PHONEY WAR • The PHONEY war was the period of the war when Britain and France declared war on Germany due to the attack on Poland • The SAAR offensive-attack by France on Germany(a small attack) • The Winter war between Soviets and Finland • Germany’s attack on Denmark and Norway for resources • End of Phoney War when Germany invaded Belgium ,Holland and luxemburg.
