2007 Accomplishments • New Board Member Ilze Robinson elected • Installation of mailboxes at Brookstone and Greenleaf • Secured Woodlawn Lawn Care as new landscaping maintainer • Widening of Greenleaf Drive • Updated HOA website
2007 Accomplishments • Tree removal/debris clean-up in several locations along Green Leaf Drive and drainage area behind Moongate Lane • Planting of cypress trees along Hermanville Road to create a barrier • Storm water management construction • Clean-up and re-grading of storm drain at entrance
2007 Accomplishments • Street light installation along Greenleaf Drive • Granted easement rights to Smith Fields Park, LLC for $20k. Retainer of $5k has been obtained remainder due at construction start (within 3 years) • Landscaping planted at the corners of Green Leaf and Sandstone / Silver Slate

HOA Board Responsibilities • Treasurer • Collect assessments • Answers questions for closing • Pay bills • Maintains financial records • Secretary • Record meeting minutes • Schedule meeting rooms • Assembles agenda
Homeowners Responsibilities • Keep home and surrounding area clean and free of debris/clutter • Pick up after your animals • Keep grass neatly trimmed • Respect your neighbors and their property • Notify the BOD of any violations or nuisances you are unable to resolve • Check the website for news and updates • Police yourself and be familiar with the covenants and restrictions of Greenbrier (e.g. No storing of RVs, boats and trailers etc.)
