Municipalidad Distrital de Surquillo Equipo técnico del Proceso de Presupuesto Participativo 2007 PROCESO DE FORMULACION DEL PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO PARA EL AÑO 2007 Discuten y definen los criterios para la priorización de las acciones a implementar tendientes a resolver los problemas o aprovechar las potencialidades identificados en los talleres de diagnostico temático y territorial. Los criterios deben recoger las principales aspiraciones de la sociedad en términos del desarrollo, los cuales incluyen los niveles de pobreza por ingresos y por necesidades Básicas Insatisfechas y grupos vulnerables (niños, madres gestantes y lactantes, ancianos y discapacitados).
