  5. Habitat They are usually distributed in the Indian and Pacific Oceans.   7. 5 interesting facts 1. They are the largest members of the Genus Caranx Family. 2. On each sides of the fish they have a lateral line with sharp scutes which can be harmful to fisherman. 3. They are the 5th largest member of the Carangidae Family. 4. After they die researchers occasionally see wide stripes on the fish’s side. 5. There has been reports that a juvenile turtle and dolphin have been found in the stomach of a huge giant trevally.
