Social Cognitive Behavior Observable behavior, mental representations, expectations, beliefs Environment, personal factors and behavior all influence each other Reinforcement and punishment cause people to form expectations. Rein. only works when learners are aware of what behaviors will be reinforced. Nonoccurrence of expected reinforcers act as punishers.
