Who is Independent Stationers? Certified small business and dealer-owned cooperative of which “COS” is a member. Independent Stationers’ purpose is to assist its dealer members in gaining market share with lower cost of goods and cutting edge marketing programs. What is the US Communities Contract? STEP 1 -3 Fill out all fields and Submit. You will receive a confirmation email to Confirm your registration.

1 1. Welcome Message Messages and News will be posted here. You may also access our Landing Page under the UTSA Supplier Mall Link. This link gives you an overall view of the contract and more information about COS.
2 2.QuickSearch Click the QuickSearch Box and enter the key word of the item you are searching for: “Folders” for example. You may also search by CategorySEARCH.
2. Quick Search Your search results are shown in a detailed view. You may refine your search by Category, Brand or Green Products This icon indicates a Contract Item C
2.Quick Search Advanced Search Option allows you to search by Key Word, Item Number or Manufacturer
3.Quick Order The Quick Order page allows for easy, flexible and speedy ordering. You can enter the item number or a partial item number to place it on the order.
You can add to the Quick Order list with a quantity of 1 by pressing Enter after entering the item number, or with a different quantity by entering the quantity. The system automatically displays a new line for you to retrieve the next item number. You can save the item to your Shopping Cart or you can add it to a My Favorites List. Click the Comments/Description box and enter comments about the item or an item description. Comments print on the invoice. 50 characters max.
3.Quick Order-continued To view additional item information, click the item's description link shown in the Comments/Description column.

4.My Shopping Cart These are the items you have added to your Shopping Cart. You can also print a list of items in your cart, empty the cart, make and save changes to your order. Click the comments box & enter the comments to attach to each item. The comments you enter print on the order below the item. Remember to save changes!
4.My Shopping Cart Review and Complete your order. Review your default Billing/Shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address, click EDIT and enter address for this order. The attention box indicates to whom the order will be directed.
4.My Shopping Cart CHECK OUT –cont. If you are using a PO, Click the LONG PO # Box and enter your 9 digit UTSA PO. Additional instructions- To add shipping instructions, click the Shipping Instructions box and enter text. For example: “Closed for lunch 12-1 p.m.”
4.My Shopping Cart: CHECK OUT –cont. Your Items this section lets you review the items placed on your order along with any item comments or department information. If your order included a promotional item it appears in this section.
4.My Shopping Cart CHECK OUT –cont. Payment Method If you are paying by PO, you will have entered the LONG PO# above and you will click on the “Charge to my Account” button. If you are paying with a P-card, you MUST CLICK the “Enter credit card info” button and enter P-card info. Click “Place my Order” button to process order. P. O. PP-Card NO Option
5.My Account Saved Orders- Click on this Link and you may view any incomplete orders that you have saved.
5.My Account Saved Orders-To view the items an order contains , click the + sign. Click the OPEN button to load a saved order into your shopping cart. You may also delete the saved order.

5.My Account Order History- The My Orders page opens, displaying the History tab. You can check delivery status, easily reorder items you need frequently, and copy orders to My Favorites lists here.
5. My Account Order History- Basic Search Tab To search by date, click the down arrow in the Date box and choose the time period when the order was placed. To include orders for all dates, choose All (no dates).
5.My Account Order History- Advanced Search Tab Allows you to search by Purchase Order, Item # or Invoice #.
6. My Favorites You can access any Favorites Lists by clicking on drop down menu. You may also create a new list, edit or delete a list.
7.My Machines You can access the list of available parts and supplies for a machine in your list from the My Machines in the left side bar. Select the machine to shop for from the drop down menu, and click Find Supplies.
7.My Machines- cont. The Supplies page for that machine opens, listing all products available for the selected machine.
