The CERTCOST project • is part of the 7th Framework research program of the European Union, financed by the European Commission, and by contributions of the partners involved • September 1, 2008 until November 30, 2011 • Overall objective: to provide research based recommendations to improve organic food certification systems in Europe in terms of efficiency, transparency, and cost effectiveness.
