    2. Conduct Cards Conduct cards will go home daily and must be signed. You will earn Lynx Loot ($$$) to spend at the PBS store through your conduct grade. A = $4 - C = $2 B = $3 - D = $1 Your balance will be recorded on the back of the card weekly. You will visit the store at progress report and report card time.

    3. Consequences Grade/Consequence: A= No Offense B= Written Warning C= Loss of Recess, Think-About-It Form, Parental Contact D= C-13 & Parental Contact F= C-14 & Parental Contact *Severe misconduct will result in direct referral to the Principal/Assistant Principal

    5. Assembly Rules ResponsibLe I will listen and stay seated while others are speaking. RespectfUl I will follow all directions given. PreparEd I will come ready to be an active listener. Safe I will keep my hands, feet, and all objects to myself.

    6. Bathroom Rules ResponsibLe I will give others their privacy. RespectfUl I will use toilet paper, soap, and paper towels appropriately. I will use my time wisely. PreparEd I will check my uniform before I leave. Safe I will keep my hands, feet, and all objects to myself. I will always walk.

    7. Bus Rules ResponsibLe I will keep all of my belongings in my area at all times. RespectfUl I will follow all directions given by the bus driver. PreparEd I will make sure I have all my necessary materials before boarding. Safe I will keep my hands, feet, and all objects to myself. I will stay seated while the bus is in motion.

    8. Cafeteria Rules ResponsibLe I will clean my area. I will remain seated until dismissed by my teacher. RespectfUl I will stand silently & patiently in line. I will stand silently behind my stool & wait to be seated. I will use my table manners. I will eat silently. PreparEd I will get everything I need as I go through the line. Safe I will always walk.

I will speak kindly to everyone. PreparEd I will bring the required books and materials to class every day. I will remain seated and ready to work. Safe I will keep hands, feet, and all objects to myself. I will always walk.

    10. Hallway Rules ResponsibLe I will walk in a straight line to the right of the hallway. I will report straight to my designated area. I will place all trash in garbage cans. RespectfUl I will remain silent. PreparEd I will have all necessary materials. Safe I will keep my hands, feet, and all objects to myself. I will always walk.

    11. Playground Rules ResponsibLe I will place trash in garbage cans. I will freeze and follow the teachers instructions when the whistle is blown. RespectfUl I will take turns on playground equipment. PreparEd I will have everything I need to go outside. Safe I will use the playground equipment in a safe manner. I will keep my hands, feet, and all objects to myself. I will always walk.

    12. Rewards Lynx Loot? Earned based upon weekly conduct grade. (A=$4, B=$3, C=$2, D=$1, F=$0) to be spent at the store. Student of the month? Each time a you earn at least $15 a week/3.0, your name is put into a classroom drawing. At the end of the month, the teacher pulls a students name out of the drawing. He/She will receive a certificate, pencil, and extra recess. Super Lynx Tickets? You can earn tickets for following the PBS expectations and rules throughout day. On Fridays, a grade level student will be announced and receive a treat.

    13. Rewards (Cont.) PBS Privilege Day? If you do not receive a C13, C14, or bus referral for the month, you will have the privilege of wearing crazy hats/ socks, pajamas, flip-flops, etc. on designated day. TESTING INCENTIVES Popcorn: Basic or above on LEAP/iLEAP Movie: Mastery or above on LEAP/iLEAP Pizza: Advanced on LEAP/iLEAP test Movie Night? The PBS Team will host movie night during the school year. You may not go if youre absent on the day of movie night, or if youve received a referral or went to the clinic for the week of movie night.
