National Oversight Disaster Management Council (NODMC) Terms of Reference • Monitor inflows of funds for various phases of post-flood recovery and reconstruction; • Review plans for post-flood reconstruction; • Monitor progress of implementation of reconstruction; • Interact with authorities relevant to reconstruction (Economic Affairs Division, Planning Commission, NDMA and Provincial Governments); • Ensure effective targeting and transparent disbursement of support to genuine affectees; • Prepare quarterly reports for the Council of Common Interests, and • Commission and supervise audits on utilization of funds
