ACSA has: Strengthened the safety oversight system of our member States and helped maintaining the highest standards. Maximized benefits through economies of scale. • A fully available pool of experts.
CurrentSituation • The region has achieved a high level of compliance with the international safety standards. • The system contributes to the safety and efficiency of air transportation. • Better information and resources exchange has been achieved. • Controlled development of rules and procedures and their implementation.
Conclusions • Involvement at all levels is imperative. • Willingness to implement the system. • Importance of building on the relationship with other organizations regarding exchange of experience and information, as well as cooperation. • Communication and trust among the members of the system is vital for its sustainability.
