Paper Mache. By: Kate. Material. 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup boiling water 1/2 cup flour 3/4 tsp sugar Or 3/4 cup cold water 1/4 PVA glue. Blow up a balloon. Take some shredded paper. Make the Glue( 1/4 PVA glue).

  2. Material • 1/2 cup cold water • 1/2 cup boiling water • 1/2 cup flour • 3/4 tspsugar Or 3/4 cup cold water 1/4 PVA glue

  3. Blow up a balloon

  4. Take some shredded paper

  5. Make the Glue( 1/4 PVA glue)

  6. Put the shredded newspaper on the balloon(in layers) make sure it is smooth

  7. Wait for it until it drys

  8. Pop the balloon and take it out.

  9. Trim the edges

  10. Paint it
