Q Silver Compensation Plan GROUP A GROUP B GROUP C ONE WEEK 90,000PV 80,000PV 60,000PV Your total income in a week for PERFORMANCE BONUS is: P VIP - $9,600 + $7,200 = $16,800 Gold - $ 7,500 + $ 6,000 = $13,500 Silver - $1,500 + $ 1,500 = $3,000 Q Silver - $750 + $750 = $1,500 P. VIP x 12% = $9,600 Gold x 10% = *$ 7,500 Silver x 8% = *$ 1,500 Q Silver x 8% = *$ 750 * max weekly income Example. In a week, your accumulated PV for group A is 90,000PV, group B is 80,000PV and 60,000 for group C. Note: in group B, GOLD, SILVER, and Q SILVER already reached their maximum income per week per leg. The PV of the 2 remaining groups will be multiplied by the % of the position you qualified. The group with the highest PV is the Qualified Group! P. VIP x 12% - $7,200 Gold x 10% - $ 6,000 Silver x 8% - *$ 1,500 Q Silver x 8% - *$ 750 *max weekly income Qualified Group Note: in group C, SILVER and Q SILVER already reached their maximum income per week per leg.
