  2. ANRE LEGISLATION (1) • EGO no. 57/2013 – changes in Law 220/2008 • GD 994/2013 – reduction of the number of GC (hydro, wind, PV) • Law for approval of EGO 57/2013 –changes and amendments in EGO 57/2013 and Law 220/2008 Bucharest - 20 February 2014

ANRE LEGISLATION (2) • Law for approval of EGO 57/2013 • Definition of refurbished hydro power plant • The annual obligatory renewable energy quotas for the 2014-2020 period, will be set by the government (GD) • The postponementsof GC will be applied just for the power plants accredited until 2013 December 31. Bucharest - 20 February 2014

ANRE LEGISLATION (3) • Law for approval of EGO 57/2013 • In case of power plant built with grants, the postponement of GC will be applied just for the power plants with a GC number above 1, and the after the reduction the GC number cannot be less than 1 • No more additional GC for biomass power plant using forestry waste Bucharest - 20 February 2014

ANRE LEGISLATION (4) • Law for approval of EGO 57/2013 • The validity period of GC reduced to 12 months (instead of 16 months) • Exception from the support scheme for a percentage of electricity used by the consumers • Annual monitoring report about the GC support scheme (an eventual reduction will be applied from 1st January next year) Bucharest - 20 February 2014

  6. ANRE LEGISLATION (5) • Law for approval of EGO 57/2013 • Exception from the rule of trading the electricity and the GCs on the centralized markets for the power plant below 1 MW (2 MW for CHP) Bucharest - 20 February 2014

  7. ANRE LEGISLATION (6) • GD no 994/2013 – GC reduction • Wind – from 2 GC to 1,5 GC (0,75 from 2018) • Hydro – from 3 GC to 2,3 GC • PV – from 6 GC to 3 GC Bucharest - 20 February 2014
