Amendments of the IPARD - like Grant Contract Possibilities for amending the contract – what and when Grant Contract – article 9 - Amendments of the contract • Point 9.1: Any amendment to the Contract, including the annexes thereto, must be set out in writing in an addendum. The Contract can be modified only during its implementation period. If an amendment is requested by the Grant Beneficiary, it must submit that request to the Contracting Authority 30 days before the date on which the amendment should enter into force, unless there are special circumstances duly substantiated by the Grant Beneficiary and accepted by the Contracting Authority. • Point 9.3: No decisions could “change the maximum grant referred to in Article 3.2 of the Special Conditions” • Deadline for submitting the written requests to ARDA 01.12.2014.
