  2. Fistula Foundation Still need to do 1-2 more events to raise money for The Fistula Foundation We raised $109 with the movie screening last semester Our goal is $450 to provide one woman with a free safe fistula surgery

  3. Letter Circle Write a personal note or e-mail to friends and family about how you were personally inspired to help women with fistula (e.g. "Let’s join forces to help our sisters! If everyone who receives this email pledges $15, we can raise $450 to fund one woman’s obstetric fistula surgery.")

  4. An Evening Out Mix good works and good fun. Connect with a local restaurant or neighborhood hangout and encourage them to donate a portion of that evening's proceeds to the cause. Invite your friends and family to join you and you will help generate business for the restaurant while raising funds to restore health and dignity to women suffering from fistula.

  5. Solidarity Merchandise Sell something like bracelets, t-shirts, water bottles, etc. that can represent standing with women living with obstetric fistula.

  6. Other GHAC Events • Team up with GlobeMed for Global Health Action Week for awareness • Choose another global health organization/charity to donate to • Campus wide tournament of some sort • Bake Sale • Need your input! • Quick GHAC meeting after general meeting to decide on events for the semester and members who will help out with planning. Great chance for leadership roles.
