With 18 years in this domain, the client has managed more than 500 security projects ofering modern security integration solutions and large-scale security system implementations Updated website with latest UI framework The application design was complex and needed an expert hand to redesign. With the existing system, maintaining status of the devices on the application, navigating through multiple projects of multiple security integrator companies emerged as a tedious task. There was an urgent need of a web application compatible with mobile devices. BUSINESS SCENARIO The client had to visit their customer’s location to understand their needs, install security cameras and access control systems at diferent locations - all by engaging manpower, making it difcult to stay on top of the rising demand of system updates and new implementations. The existing systems fell short of fulfilling the need to identify devices at diferent locations for new installations or repair needs. As a result, the client wanted to transform the existing Security System Management Platform into a powerful web experience by adding new features, optimizing user interface, and delivering exceptional user experience.

3. CYGNET SOLUTION During the discovery, business analysts analyzed the existing application, identified its legacy limitations, and outlined a detailed scope of work. The real complexity of client’s application was digitization of the processes, optimizing obsolete technologies, and adding new features to manage large scale projects efciently. With a vision to provide an integrated view of each project, their plans, and actions; our team recommended “Front-end Technology” to enhance user experience enabling seamless navigation between multiple projects and swift backend operations. Our objective was to create an outstanding application compatible with various devices and platforms. Our front-end engineers upgraded the application with latest tools and technology. The existing application was in Angular 4.0 version; our team migrated data to the latest stabilized Angular 9.1 version. Some of the cutting-edge design features included Advanced Framework Image editor Tool Consolidated Report Option A comprehensive report of the activities on the devices basis the number of tickets generated with an average time to resolve an issue and similar details were sorted and filtered. We introduced client to a new framework that helped to reduced HTML and HCSS codes, and the readily available class libraries minimized the overall manual efort. Our front-end engineers suggested photo editing tool enabling the application to take a picture and upload it in the application and further enhance it using the tool. Seamless Project Navigation Improved UI/UX We filtered and sorted the left bar menu options with more intuitive navigation links We encouraged use of small size images and objects for seamless user experience.
