Tips to Effectively Incorporate the PE Process at your Hospital • Become a Qualified Provider • Encourage OB’s and partner clinics to become a Qualified Provider • Offer Hoosier Healthwise follow up assistance (QP’s and enrollment centers may offer enrollment assistance to get supporting HHW verification documentation to DFR) • Track PE enrollment effort to measure effectiveness of your process • Re-train PE enrollment staff as needed (Contact EDS or CKF-IN to help coordinate trainings)

9. Hospital Service Product Line • A line of services currently in development at the request of IHA offering consulting services to hospitals • Services include analysis of patient management process, recommendations for improvement and evaluation of success
