VPs of Electees: Eligibility • Juniors • Started in Spring 2012, Summer 2012, or Fall 2012 • Top 1/8 of engineering class (GPA: 3.86) • Seniors • Started in or before Fall 2011 • Top 1/5 of engineering class (GPA 3.65) • Graduate students • Classification 7EG, 8EG, or 9EG • Top 1/5 of engineering class (GPA 3.89) • Completed 50% of their coursework and research • Transfer students • Not eligible until completed one year (two semesters) at UF • Gator Engineering at Santa Fe students – email or see Nick after the meeting

VPs of Electees: Paperwork • Application • Interview Form • Sign up for an Interview • Interviews begin Monday, September 29th • Graduate students • Qualification form (due October 1st): http://www.uftbp.com/page.php?p=paperworkInstructions • Signed letter from primary academic advisor confirming you meet the eligibility requirements

VPs of Electees: Requirements • 6 hours of service • One GatorTRAX session is required (3 of the 6 hours) • Attend at least one social • Attend at least 3 out of the 4 meetings • Not required to attend Meeting 3 (Candidate Election) • Electee-Only Social • Catalog Card • Only fill out one, emailed after Meeting 3 • After Election • $100 dues (one-time fee, by Meeting 4) • Attend Initiation (on time!)

Tutoring for Engineering Excellence (TEE) • Tutoring sessions on Wednesday night from 6-9 PM in Marston L308 beginning October 1st. • To help with advertising or tutoring please contact Ben Swerdlow (benswerdlow1005@gmail.com) or Elliot Mackrell (ejm421@ufl.edu). • Tutoring counts towards service requirement!
