  12. make sure you do not have any due books read “Rules for Obtaining Remote Access to HSE Electronic Resources” Remote access click “Electronic Resources and Remote Access”, then “Remote access to the HSE's electronic resources” and follow instructions fill in the registration form N.B. Make sure to use the same e-mail you used to register with the library otherwise you will have to confirm your remote access registration personally with e-resources manager at 11 Pokrovskyblvd., 3rd floor, Mon. – Fri.: 12:00 – 18:00.

  13. If you know the exact title of a publication you can use the Full Text Finder service — an open catalogue of electronic resources. e-Resources search engines With EBSCO Discovery Service you can search on key word, author and/or topic.
