  2. Eco Science • Developing a more focussed curriculum which teaches students to love and respect the environment • Giving students opportunities to get outside and be hands on with nature • Horticultural skills • Animal welfare skills

  3. Developments • All children have been introduced to our wildlife areas and have had the opportunity to pond dip and complete wildlife surveys • Children will be developing our garden areas and will have responsibility to maintain their plot

  4. Future • Farm area – redeveloping the space behind the staffroom. By the end of May we should have completed a small farm area to be a permanent home for our chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs. • Once set up we may also introduce a pair of goats.

  5. Vision • Our aim is to involve children in all areas of nature and give them opportunities to be confident and engaged with the natural world.
