Transport Fee Review • If the person is a City of Bothell Resident • W/ Insurance: The Insurance company will be billed. Even if the insurance only pays a portion, it will be considered payment in full. The patient will not be billed for the remaining balance • W/out Insurance: Billing will be sent directly to the patient
Transport Fee Review • If the person is a non-City of Bothell resident • W/ Insurance: The insurance company will be billed. If there is a remaining balance the patient will be billed for that portion • W/out Insurance: Billing will be sent directly to the patient
No Charge for S.C.F.P.D. #10 Transports • Any incident that results in the transport of a S.C.F.D. #10 home owner, resident, business owner, business employee will not receive a bill • Residency is the deciding factor and not location as in the past, whether its at their home, business or on the streets of Bothell, no charges for transport
