Hairy primates Gorillas are an amazing primate Gorillas have lots of hair on their body . They also beat their chest an make a loud beating sound, It’s cool. Gorillas have stiff hair and it is all over it’s body. They belong to the primate family which is part of the mammal family.
Adaptations Gorillas like plants right, so they have flat teeth to let them eat the plants. Gorillas have to be strong so they can walk, and fight their predator. You might know gorillas walk on their knuckles. Gorillas have to be strong so they can walk because if they were not strong then they would not walk at all.
Food Gorillas eat roots ,leaves , meat and termites. They cup their hands to get fresh river water. Their shelter is a nest! Their nest is made out of leaves. I know it sounds crazy but it is true . They sleep in their nest and look for prey.
Habitat A Gorillas habitat is the Rainforest. A gorilla loves the Rainforest because it is where gorillas live . Gorillas are in troops too ! They shouldn't leave their troop either because that would be bad . Gorillas love their habitat and family.
