Quality (Just in time) Japanese Philosophy is used now by large Manufacturing Corporations The three primary aims of Just in time: Long Term Competitive Position: Few trusted suppliers, Long Term Contract with Key Customers Improving The efficiency inside the Production Process: Clearing & Simplifying, Locating, Cleaning, Discipline and Participation Minimize the Wasted materials, time and efforts Pull System instead of push system which is driven by customer Demand.
