Critical Elements Benefits and Compensation Analysis: Misalignment, Differences & Gaps: Determines areas of misalignment, differences, and gaps present in the current benefits and compensation system, based on the external benchmarking data. Examples: • Medtronic doesn’t offer vision coverage. Do you think this is a gap? • Medtronic goal is attract more employees to a consumer-driven option. Do you think the current costs of the plan encourage employees?
Critical Elements Benefits and Compensation Analysis: Misalignment, Differences & Gaps: Determines areas of misalignment, differences, and gaps present in the current benefits and compensation system, based on the external benchmarking data. Examples Continued: • Any reactions to the contributions for part time employees? • Do you think Medtronic is more competitive or less competitive based on the comparisons provided? • Should Medtronic consider any of the strategies by Competitor A and/or Competitor B?
