  2. So what is the Who’s Who? • The "Who's Who of Citizen-Based Monitoring in Wisconsin" is a directory of citizen programs and organizations in Wisconsin that focus on the monitoring of natural resources.

The Goals • To provide citizens the opportunity to learn about volunteer opportunities in their communities • To promote cooperation among citizen-based monitoring programs • To recognize the valuable contribution citizen-based monitoring programs make to the conservation of Wisconsin’s natural resources.
