8. What is the history of where they want the new substation? First, your tax dollars were used to assess the extent of the soil contamination. Once that was defined, your tax dollars were used to pay for the removal of contaminated soil. 8

10. What is the history of where they want the new substation? 100 MILLION pounds of soil contaminated with arsenic had to be dug-up and trucked away. 10

12. Look at our taxpayer investment! Your tax dollars paid for much of this work – testing soil, safely excavating the pollution and then finding a safe means to dispose of the contaminated soil. 12

13. Look at our taxpayer investment! It didn’t end there - your tax dollars were also used to create incentives for DST to bring a rehabilitated structure on the site. 13
