  2. 2013-15 Work-Planning • WG Secretariat to draft preliminary Accomplishment Report for 2011-12 (end-January) • Expanded WG Secretariat Workshop (late February) • Review preliminary Accomplishment Report for 2011-12 • Review outcomes of 2013 PDF Meeting on February 4-5 • Preparation for draft 2013-15 Work-plan • Circulation of draft Accomplishment Report for 2011-12 and draft 2013-15 Work-plan (early March) • PDF-WG Work-Planning Workshop (Tagaytay, proposed March 21-22)

  3. DIALOG TF Additional Financing • DIALOG TF due to close on December 31, 2013 • WB to explore possibility of additional financing to extend the closing date of the DIALOG TF • Review 2013-15 Work-Plan with prospective development partner contributors (April – May) • Process additional financing and extension of TF (May – June)
