  2. Florida Hospital East LUPA Case:LUPA-12-08-178 Project:Florida Hospital East PD Applicant: Jamie T. Poulos District:3 Request:R-1A(Single-Family Dwelling District) and PD(Planned Development District) to PD(Planned Development District), including two (2) waivers from Orange County Code Section 31.5 to allow for the continued use of an existing on-site pole sign adjacent to State Road 408.

  3. Florida Hospital East LUPA • Proposed Use: • Additional surface parking area, including existing • development entitlements for: • 475 hospital beds; • 120 nursing home beds; • 123,000 square feet of medical office; and • 10,000 square feet of outpatient surgery. • Additional entitlements are not sought through this request.

Florida Hospital East LUPA Initial Action Requested • Find the request consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and approve the Florida Hospital East PD Land Use Plan dated “Received October 26, 2012,” subject to the sixteen (16) conditions as stated in the Planning and Zoning Recommendations of the staff report.

Florida Hospital East LUPA Modified Action Requested • Find the request consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and approve the Florida Hospital East PD Land Use Plan dated “Received October 26, 2012,” subject to fourteen (14) conditions listed in the Planning and Zoning Recommendations of the staff report (excluding conditions #10 and #11 addressing pole sign waivers from Orange County Code Section 31.5).
