  3. General 2011 Application Process • Renewals and new applications will be a separate process. • Renewals • Applicants will be allowed my move money between budget line items. Please see the attached email outlining the process. • Housing emphasis and leverage will not factor in renewals. • Re-allocations • HUD has included the reallocation process for the 2011 CoC Competition. This means that the CoC can choose to reallocate existing grants to support either 1) a dedicated HMIS or 2) new Permanent Housing Projects.

  5. 2011 CoC Application Deadlines • August 30th- 2011 NOFA was released by HUD • September 12th- Homeward will host a webinar to discuss the 2011 Competition. Information will be sent out via the ED Network listserv. • September 14th- Deadline to notify Homeward if projects will not be renewed. • September 16th- Deadline for Letters of Intent for new and bonus applications. • October 3rd- New and renewal application packets due. • No later than October 21st- Homeward will notify applicants of changes/corrections that are needed. • October 28th- HUD Submission deadline
