Game Day Program • Program material (logos, team essays, team roster, team name, and robot name) due by October 6 (prior to Mall Day) • We need success stories for our program and for our sponsors • Requesting a teacher or parent from each team provides a 250 word essay on why this program is good for their students no later than Mall Day, October 8 • Music due by Mall Day, October 8 (CD/DVD or Email) CoCoBEST 2011

Register to Get Software • Teams MUST register at robotevents.com in order to receive their software licenses • Teacher(s) create an account on RE (new teams or new teachers only) • Login and set up your team (get team number) at RE • Team numbers in format of Bnnnn • Register your team for the BEST event that they will participate in (CoCoBEST Game Day) • You will receive your software licenses and URL for downloads emailed to you within 7 days from registering your team CoCoBEST 2011
