Just Remember…. What ever your grocery store item is, it needs to have… CELLS
Fresh, or frozen, not canned • Frozen items work well • Fresh items work fine also • Canned foods are not good. -They are processed and the this denatures the DNA.
Recipe • ½ c. Grocery Store Item • Pinch of salt • 1 c. cold water • Blend all together well. • Bring to class Wednesday.
