What’s an Archivist? • Responsible for historical documents
What’s the ATC? • An IMLS funded project based in SLIS at LSU • The ATC serves Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi, but is open to attendees from surrounding states who are willing to travel.
Who Does the ATC Serve? • Anyoneresponsible for the care of historical documents
What Does the ATC Do? • Trains people to do the work of archivists • Uses educational materials already on the Web • Trains people to lead workshops – through the Train the Trainer workshop program
