Impact so far Government announces £14m funding to start CLTs and community development – 28th March 2013 Housing Minister Mark Prisk today announced that the rules governing funding for the Community Right to Build are to be relaxed, to make it available for CLTs and other community-led development organisations. HCA confirms £25m funding available after successful lobbying by the sector – 20th May 2013 The HCA has confirmed that it remains committed to allocating up to £25 million to community-led projects, including CLTs, Cohousing and Cooperative housing projects that deliver by 2015.
