  2. Ingredients • 2 pounds of napacabbage • ½ cup ofsalt • 12 cups of cold water • 8 ounces of daikon radish • 4 medium scallions

  3. Ingredients • ¼ cup of fish sauce • ¼ cup of peeled and minced ginger • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic • 1½ teaspoons of granulated sugar • 1/3 cup of red pepper powder

  4. Procedure • Cut and salt the cabbage. • Rinse and drain the cabbage. • Make the paste. • Combine all the ingredients and mix it. • Pack the kimchi into the jar and ferment it.
