  3. Air • Purchase tickets 1st week of JANUARY • Ticket cost is approximately $1,600.00 • BEGIN PAYING NOW • MUST HAVE TICKET MONEY BY 1st week of JAN • WILL travel with major carrier and guaranteed flight

  18. BGHS JROTC Education Trip all school rules apply • Major Henson and William King are School reps • Be a thoughtful traveler…..be a good group member! Curfew for all each evening, must stay in Army Vacation Village • Travel as a group, all move when group moves, no one will stay in behind during day trips • This is Europe, everyone walks! Are you fit to travel and participate in all activities? You must be …if not stay home! • Staying on safe protected Army Base, must adhere to security protocols • Edelweiss is Army rest area for families, must adhere to hotel protocols • NO CONSUMPTION of alcohol of any kind….All travelers will be constantly supervised…..not spring break or cadets or family members gone wild

  19. Milestones-Thoughts-Questions • Begin paying for ticket and other costs! Now !!! • When do I have to decide??? NOW!!! • Can I go too? This trip is for students ….BUT MAYBE if space is available. • MUST HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE… PASSPORT and air fare before I can purchase you a ticket! 1st week JAN • Make checks out to BGHS JROTC….I will collect all money for the travel. Everyone must pay the same amount! • Euro to dollar changer in the hotel……..put dollars on VISA cash card for travel! • Next meeting? 14 SEPTEMBER at 4pm……bring check…IM in!
