  3. What is an RNW? The Right Now Web system is an easy way to submit an inquiry and submit supporting documentation via e-mail to the Regional Processing Office. All inquiries are answered by a Veterans Claims Examiner who has knowledge of and experience in processing education benefits.

  4. Create an Account Go to www.gibill.va.gov Click on “Submit a Question” Click “Sign Up”

Submit an Inquiry • When Submitting an Inquiry, please: • Do: • Include your school name and facility code • Include student name and social security number in the “Question” section • Include the term dates pertaining to your inquiry • Do Not: • Include multiple students in the same inquiry • Enter student information in the subject line
