  1. What are The Steps to Align an HP Print Machine? HP is a famous name in the world of technology and printer is one of the successfully launched peripherals of this brand. It has offered a wide range of printing machines that are user-friendly and easy to maintain. These print machines make use of ink cartridges to print files, photos and other documents.

  2.  Also need to confirm to align ink cartridges after a big print job, which results in the misalignment of ink cartridges and finally results in misaligned text. HP launched their products with novice users in mind, so you can align cartridges using your print machines.

  3. Steps to follow:  First, you have to turn on your HP Printing machine and place at least a sheet of paper on its tray.  Now go to “Start” button of your PC that will bring you a small menu there. There you have to click on “All Programs” available on your screen and now you have to find HP folder and then highlight it by moving your cursor to a folder.

  4. The folders are arranged in an alphabetical order and will be visible in the middle of this list. Select “HP solution center” and wait for the program to load. •Now click on “Printer Settings” tab and then click on “Printer Toolbox” in a print machine settings. •Next, you have to go to “Device Settings” tab; there you’ll find options to service unit and change specific settings. Now click on “Align print cartridges” and then you need to press “Ok”.

  5.  Now you have to wait for your machine to print a cartridge alignment sheet. When your alignment sheets are printing then wait for “ON” light to stop blinking. Once it's light has stopped flashing and your “ON” light is steady, the alignment process is done and ready to use.
