ООО “AGIS ENGINEERING” is part of “AGIS STEEL” Holding founded in 1993. “AGIS Engineering” actively and successfully operates in market of designation, production, delivery and installation of full-complex buildings and constructions; non-standard, reservoir and crane equipment, all having application in various fields of activities in Russia, CIS and other foreign countries. • 19 regions of Russia • 4 CIS countries • 40metal warehouses, including 20 in ownership

Production assets of “AGIS STEEL” Holding: OOO “UkrHydroMech” – specialized enterprise for production and delivery of: • Hydro-mechanical equipment for hydro-, thermo- and nuclear power plants; • Crane equipment; • Non-standard technological equipment; • Load-bearing metal constructions for industrial buildings and structures; • Reservoir equipment and tanks. Since 1995 the enterprise adopted the system of quality management ISO 9002 and is certified by TUV NORD Company. From 2003 the system of quality management ISO 9001:2000 is developed, applied and certified. ZAO “MuromEnergoMash” isthe enterprise for production of: • Electric power line towers; • Lighting masts; • Contact wire poles; • Building metal construction; • Modern basic elements for road building; • Pipe-lines and non-standard equipment with product planning of 60000 ton per year. List of technological equipment: • Hot zinc plating line with bath 2300x3000x13000 mm (USA – Slovenia) • Line of production of electric power line towers, lighting masts and contact wire poles (France); • Assembling/welding line for H-beams; • Hardware production – Taiwan: high tensile hardware. • Sheet-bending equipment (Italy).

  4. JSC “Borskij Pipe Plant” – production of profile, square, thin-walled, electric-welded pipes and pipes for automobile industry: • The manufacturing of qualitative production is provided by plant’s unique equipment. It allows produce the pipes with technical characteristics above those analogs in Russia, such as: • Removal of internal and external seam burr; • Length range of produced pipes from 3.2 to 12.0 meter; • Pipe length margin for cutting in pipe mill line is +/-1.5 mm; • High quality cutting without edge burr at pipe ends by cutting discs made of fast-cutting high-strength steel HSS; • Possibility of production of galvanized steel pipes with simultaneous zinc sputtering of welding seam on pipe-welding mill line; • All pipes are packed in packets of hexahedron, square and rectangular shapes; • Use of modern lubricating-cooling liquid in pipe mill line allows considerably increase the period of anticorrosion protection; • The quality system DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 is adopted in the enterprise for manufacturing of electric welded pipes (Certificate TUV №75 100 9569). The Company operates in close cooperation with several leading RF plants producing metal constructions.

The “AGIS Engineering” has high technical and production potential and experience and is able to fulfill any projects in various regions, as well as arrange relocation of necessary technical and labor resources in short time in all regions of Russia. High attention in company is paid to quality control of production. The sufficient quantity of high skilled specialists in “AGIS Engineering” provides the whole complex of works related to realization of projects – from design to assembling at construction site. They use in their activity the most new scientific and technical achievements. The Company developed and successfully uses the system of quality management, labor safety and environment protection, all confirmed by corresponding international certificates.

JSC “TechnoPromExport” Delivery of 2 special bridge cranes with hoisting capacity 125/20/5/10, flight 37 m, 38.5 m for Ivanovskaya hydro-electric power station; Delivery of building metal constructions, hydro-mechanical and reservoir equipment for Ivanovskaya hydro-electric power station; Delivery of crane with hoisting capacity 155/20/10/10 for needs of Yuzhnaya thermo-electro central station №22 (Sankt-Petersburg); Delivery of crane equipment for thermo-electric power station “Sisak”, Croatia; • OOO HK “EnergoStockServisStroy” Delivery and assembling of cement storehouse for Tjumenj House-building plant; Delivery of metal constructions for Plant of ferroconcrete constructions, city Elektrostalj; • JSC “NarynHydroEnergoStroy” - delivery of hydro- mechanical equipment for Kambaratinskaya hydro-electric power station №2, (Republic Kirgizia);
