Because community mobilisation works! • We need to provide the evidence • Describe the inter-linkages of different activities and community structures • Investment Framework is based on increase in ART provision – civil society needs to articulate and cost our role in uptake and adherence to ART

  3. Future directions • Ensure the investment framework is on the national agenda • Provide the evidence that community mobilisation works • Advocate for a more high impact, precisely targeted and costed national HIV programme
