  3. Where is Coll? • Coll is an island which is part of the country Scotland • It is a few miles from the mainland New Addington

  4. What is Coll like? • The island of Coll is 13 miles long and just 3 miles wide. • Coll has lots of beaches, because it is surrounded by water • It is quite rugged, with rough grass and hills

  5. What can you do on Coll? • Although Coll is a small island there are still lots of things to do there! Read on to find out more.

  6. There are 2 castles, the old one and the new one. They are both built of stone. The old one is over 500 years old! It has large windows and a spiral staircase. Visit The Castle

  7. Go To The Beach • Coll is an island so there are lots of beaches. • Why not spend a day canoeing in the sea, surfing or even try and spot an otter!

  8. Take A Walk • Coll is a beautiful island which is full of natural beauty. • You can wonder across most of the island and admire the many plants and flowers. • Coll is also full of wonderful wildlife including puffins, otters, seals and the Corncrake to name a few!

  9. The Island Café • Feeling a little peckish? Why not visit the Island Café. • Known for serving delicious hot food such as pasta and roast dinners. The Island Café is extremely popular in the summer with visitors so be sure to pay it a visit.
