  2. Concept

  3. Concept Green Infrastructure Network • 40% reserved as green area • All areas with high biodiversity value should be conserved before development • Green ring, agriculture area, greenway • Green ring surrounding the eco-town to create a separate and distinct environment • Open space has multifunction purposes – quality recreational & environmental function • Promote pedestrian & cycling on greenway that connect all important nodes. • CCTV to ensure safety • Radius: 5-15 min walking distance • Integration of recreational, commercial ,facilities and services in the core zone- special building design : road-straddling bus could stop • Connected by both roads and greenway • ‘real-time’ public transport information • Connected with good public transport- shutter bus • Transportation hub in the middle- road-straddling bus • Good ICT facilities • Compact and mixed-use development Green Industry • Located near to the main road opposite the settlement • Near to transportation hub • Produces environmental friendly products or products which help to improve nature condition • Cluster and agglomerated • Research and development • Zero waste and zero emission Transportation Hub • Mainly used to link different settlement/ towns • Located in center of each settlement • Road-straddling bus that cars can drive under • Capability of carrying 1200-1400 riders at a time • Integrated with shutter bus services that run internally

  4. PRINCIPLE

  5. GUIDELINES

ENVIRONMENTAL • Type of environmentally sensitive areas (ESA) • Sector for environmental sensitive area (ESA) • Buffer zone • Determination of buffer zone • Criteria for determining distance zone • Land in the area high starling • Criteria slopes that can be developed • Gradient area should be cultivated • National heritage area • Keeping topographic • Gradient area to be preserved
