End of Year Arrangements • MRSO obligation to provide data on all weekdays • Last Christmas/New Year, work around put in place with market agreement • All Indicative data earlier than D+1 and Initial as near to D+4 as possible. Full calendar to be published • Aim is to avoid necessity to operate MRSO on Christmas and New Year • Request to market to repeat the work around

  3. 13 Month Re-Aggregation • Re-Agg covering the period Sept 07 - Nov 07 was run at the weekend • MRSO will issue the details via CD on Monday • All re-aggregation in the old market will be complete by mid November

  4. New Day+13 Month Settlement • SEM Day + 13 Months settlement due to start from 1st December 08 • SEMO has requested that MRSO (and all data providers) send this data from 13th November • Because the settlement process takes at least a week to process, SEMO needs to get the energy data from us early • A similar arrangement is in place for M+4 whereby every Wednesday morning we send 7 days settlement data approx 2 weeks before the actual day • Would appreciate feedback from the market on any issues with this
