  2. Erroneous De-Energisations • Full report to the CER • Detailed discussions with all affected suppliers • Range of system controls and structures now in place to avoid future occurrences • Agreement that consistent approach is necessary

  3. Erroneous De-Energisations • Supplier to re-register site once informed of situation by Networks • Networks and Supplier to work together in communicating with Customer • Consensus on remedy

  4. Data Storage and Archiving • Volume of MRSO live data held becoming an issue • Need to discuss period by which idocs/messages can be archived and ultimately deleted • Legal and audit requirements addressed • Welcome participants’ inputs to the policy

  5. Re-Aggregation • April RA CDs will issue by 24th July
