Planned project goals • improving logistics management competencies in Kazakhstan and Russia, with the help of educational content in the partner universities in the field of logistics management, according to EU standards and in accordance with the Bologna process; • overcoming educational deficits in the partner countries, developing interrelations between the EU and the partner countries that will promote indirectly elimination of barriers in global transport infrastructure and integration of the market; • assistance to an interregional cooperation of the participating regions on academic, political and the business level in the field of global management of transport;

Planned project goals • Master program «Green logistics management» in partner-universities to September 2017; • 7-10 students from each partner university will study within master programin September 2017; • add the academic content of the course in logistics management and ICT in the partner universities according to standards of the EU and Bologna Process; • transfer of knowledge to teachers, ensuring exchange of experience between teachers, students, businessmen; • effective use of experience from the corresponding Transport- cluster projects ongoing or ended; • increase of political and public awareness on the touched issues; • stability, possibility of project result transfer due to the effective and purposeful distribution of project deliverables.

Working Group Working group is created by the order of the rector for the project implementation, including administration and staff of several departments : • AndreyKovalPh.D. in Economics, Head of Department of Science and Postgraduate Education– project coordinator, researcher; • Olga Mishulina– Doctor of Economics, Professor at the management and business administration department – head of the working group, researcher; • Natalya Baranova– Ph.D. in Economics, Professor at the management and business administration department– methodical project support, researcher; • Galina Panina- Senior lecturer at the management and business administration department – development of the documentation, researcher; • BulatSalykov– PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical engineering, researcher; • AliyaMnasheva– Head of human resources department, legal support of the project, researcher; • OxanaYaroshenko– Head of Accounting Office– project accountant, researcher; • Aisha Omarova– specialist of international office– translator, researcher.

Logistic management–администрирование логистической системы и выполнять основные управленческие функции с использованием ИКТ. .

PARTNER ENTERPRISES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM "LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT" • In process of determination of competences, developments and examinations of programs were actively involved, specialists of such companies: • management of highways and passenger transport in case of akimat of the Kostanay region; • - LLP "Karassu Et " There are agreements with these companies on organization of production practice and practice-oriented training.   26. material and technical resources FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM "LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT" • For achievement of the project objectives and realization of an educational program there is a list of material and technical resources needed: • Computer class; • educational laboratory equipment; • laptops; • interactive board; • software; • interactive terminal; • printer; • scanner • AkhmetBaitursynov Kostanay State University made out an invoice after completion of tender procedures for equipment supply in the amount of the payment - 28 220 euros (35% of the budget), the account is approved by the coordinator from the Wismar university (Germany) 05-11-2016.

The expected results of an educational program "logistic management" • Undergraduate - preparation of the European level, the guaranteed employment at the enterprises of the region; • Business – the expert trained on the declared competences not demanding finishing learning; • Society – quality education and employment of workers. • HEI - development of cooperation and international relations, growth of a rating and potential transition to two-degree education with partners

  28. Participation of students in implementation of the project The training is expected that students will evaluate the studied subjects, teachers of each discipline as it is accepted within rating system of academic staff assessment in higher education institution and quality control. Individual disciplines modules in strategic management, information technology, logistics undergo approbation in 2016-2017 academic year. We took into account wishes of EU colleagues (Sweden, Estonia) on more active use of active methods of training cases, business games, brainstorming, etc. It is planned to develop the education guidance on the basis of researches of examples of logistic problems in a cooperation with direct partners in an industry. The project in case of its successful implementation can make a contribution to enlargement and/or change of the Qualifier of specialties.

  29. The realized project purposes • Within specialty 6M050700 – Management, the educational program (a training trajectory) - "Logistic management" is developed for implementation of project objectives with the corresponding methodical providing. • Together with region employers the competence-based model of the graduate of the educational program providing creation of the educational program on a block and modular basis which consists of general professional unit, basic and specialized disciplines. • The modular layout of the curriculum scientific and pedagogical (2 years) and profile (1 year) magistracies, directed to strengthening of practical orientation of educational process is developed.

  30. The realized project purposes 4. The description of elective disciplines with their goals, objectives and the formed competences according to the adopted procedure is executed, this information is entered in the catalog of elective disciplines. This document represents the systematized list of disciplines of a component for choice and contains their short description. 5. The request for acquisition of material and technical resources is constituted. The tender for all line items of the request is held. 6. The form received from university by Linköping including data on blocks of the subject matters taught in higher education institution which blocks are planned to be included in the program is filled. On the basis of this form the analysis of quantitative and qualitative criteria is carried out. Recommendations are formulated.

  31. The realized actions • Signing of bilateral agreements between partners is executed from Kazakhstan and the coordinator from Germany; • Partners took participation in project meetings which were held in St. Petersburg, Linköping, Rostov-on-Don; • Caspian public university within the project develops the website of master program and the project http://green-lg.com/ • Partners work on the tender procedures for equipment (KSUsum- 28 220 Euroor35% of total budget), the equipment list is approved by состав coordinator from Wismar university (Germany). • The total sum of used budget for the first year is 45,6 %. • Workpackage2 is carried to completion on control dates

  32. Realized actions The progress made on performance of actions and obtaining results for the 1st year of project implementation has made 100%.
