Internal Research and what we observe • Students attitude towards staff and each other • How students present themselves (in clothes and talk) • Not taking responsibility for their actions/lives • Time management • General discipline • National Office identified the same problem when sending students for job interviews

7. HOW???? • Start in 1st year – Orientation week • In class – emphasis on the theme of the month (first 5min) • Be consistent and persistent by “modeling the way” with regards to the expected behaviour

8. What can we achieve? • Our students will be more employable • This will assist us in attaining the group’s strategic business intentions, which include amongst others; inculcatinghigh ethical values. • Better discipline on campus • Creating a culture of learning will be more achievable
