Drivers in Fatal Collisions • 893 Drivers involved in fatal crashes (CY 2010) • 31.6% were tested for drugs (283) • 42.4% tested positive for drugs (120) • 51.5% tested positive for 2nd drug • 25.5% tested positive for 3rd drug OK FARS 9/2012
