  2. i believe that abortion is a bad thing because why take away the life of a baby when god gave them the chance to live just like he did for you. It isn’t the babies fault for your actions.

  3. Abortion- something that most teenagers do because it’s the “correct” thing to do. • Miscarriage- something that happens a lot. the baby dies inside the mothers stomach. • Misoprostol- pills that make the baby die inside. • Methotrexate- injections to kill the baby.

  4. Abortions • In 2011 approximately 1.06 million abortions took place in the united states. • Abortions per year: 1.2 million • Abortions per day: 3,288 • Abortions per hour: 137 • 9 abortions every 4 minutes • 1 abortion every 26 seconds

  5. miscarriage • 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage • 900,000 to 1 million of those end in pregnancy losses every year • More than 500,000 pregnancies each year end in miscarriage (occurring during the first 20 weeks) • Approximately 75% of all miscarriages occur in the first trimester.

  6. misoprostol- pills • How it works- you take 2 pills • Most women don’t feel anything but the first pill causes the embryo to detached from the uterine wall. • You can expect heavy bleeding, with clotting and bits of tissues, it last about 2 weeks.

  7. methotrexate-injections • Methotrexate is a potent drug with many side effects. • Methotrexate stops the growth of rapidly dividing cells, such as embryonic, fetal, and early placenta cells.
