  13. African Book Project We provided 9 Core Records Management Books to 18 African university libraries and 4 National Archives. Funding came from ARMA chapters and individuals with help from the ARMA Bookstore. Logistical support provided by The International Records Management Trust.

  14. International Educational Assistance Program – new in 2011 - provides funds to send experts to conduct training programs in developing countries of the world.

  16. Our research projects focus on relevant information people in our field need in order to succeed. It builds the knowledge base of the records profession. It works to solve real world problems.
